Business toolkit now available
Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce have launched a toolkit to support organisations prepare for the launch of Birmingham's Clean Air Zone.
Birmingham City Council has partnered with The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) to support businesses with information and support they need to get ready for the Birmingham Clean Air Zone which is due to go live in summer 2020.
With just over six months to go, it is essential that firms across the region are fully aware of the changes that will potentially impact their output and what it means for their staff.
The GBCC formally launched its Clean Air Zone Business Toolkit which will provide information for businesses on:
- The steps that firms can take to get ready for the Clean Air Zone – checking whether their vehicle is compliant, taking advantage of financial support, investing in cleaner vehicles and reviewing staff travel plans
- How businesses can help spread the word about the Clean Air Zone – information on emails and newsletters that can be shared with colleagues & networks and promoting social media content
The toolkit is now available to download from the Greater Birmingham Chambers website.
