Reimagining transport in the West Midlands: a conversation about change
Transport for West Midlands is looking for people to take part in its latest engagement survey.
Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), established in 2016, delivers transport on behalf of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
WMCA must produce a Local Transport Plan that sets out policies to promote safe, integrated, efficient and economic transport to, from and within the area as well as plans to implement those policies.
TfWM's green paper, Reimagining transport in the West Midlands, is starting its journey to develop a new Local Transport Plan for the West Midlands. Given the challenges it faces, TfWM needs to engage with the public to shape its direction, particularly around difficult and complex decisions.
Visit the TfWM website for more information prior to completing the survey. Responses received as part of this survey will be used to inform the final version of the Local Transport Plan Strategy, which will guide investment and action in the years ahead. The closing date for responses is 11:59pm on Friday, 27 August 2021.
